ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP POSITIONS (Location – Vizag)

1. Academic Coordinator – Pre Primary School

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• Ed. completed is mandatory.
• CTET qualification is mandatory.
• NTT/ECCE/Montessori or Early Childhood Education certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership or coordinator role preferred.

ACADEMIC POSITIONS (Location – Vizag)

1. Pre Primary Teachers

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• NTT, ECCE, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Certification, or B.Ed. (Nursery) will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.

2. Primary Teachers

• Graduate in the relevant subject from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• Ed. completed, pursuing or willing to enroll is mandatory.
• CTET qualified or willing to apply for CTET is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Primary Grades (Grades 1–5) preferred.

3. Middle School Teachers

• Postgraduate or Graduate in the relevant subject from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• Ed. completed, pursuing or willing to enroll is mandatory.
• CTET qualified or willing to apply for CTET is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Middle School (Grades 6–8) preferred.

4. School Counsellor

• Master’s degree in psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a related field from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a School Counsellor or Child Psychologist is preferred.
• Excellent counselling, communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Experience in student well-being, behavioral support and parent counselling is essential.
• RCI registration or relevant counselling certification will be an added advantage.

5. Special Educator

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in special education from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience working with children with diverse learning needs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Inclusive Education, IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and classroom interventions is essential.

6. Career Counsellor

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Career Guidance or a related field from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in career guidance, college admissions or student counselling is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of higher education pathways, career planning and aptitude assessments is essential.
• Excellent communication, mentoring and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

7. Life Skills Coach

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in life skills training, student development, or behavioral coaching is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social-emotional learning (SEL), leadership, communication, and personality development is essential.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Experience working with school students will be an added advantage.

ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP POSITIONS (Location – Vizag)

1. Operations Head

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in school operations, administration or educational institution management is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing campus operations, facilities, transport, housekeeping, security, and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills are essential.
• Experience in the education sector is mandatory.

2. Admin Manager

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in school administration or office administration, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of administration, vendor management, facility management, procurement and statutory compliance is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
• Experience in the education sector is mandatory.

3. Admissions Manager

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university (Mandatory).
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales or customer relationship management preferably in the education sector.
• Proven experience in leading admissions teams and achieving enrolment targets is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, counselling and relationship management skills are essential.
• Experience in school admissions and parent engagement will be an added advantage.

7. IT In charge

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from a recognized institution (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system management preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, CCTV, and troubleshooting is mandatory.
