How do I apply for admission at Kiya World School?
You can apply in three ways: submit an enquiry form online, call the admissions office on +91 9515121551, or visit the campus in person. Once you enquire, our admissions team will contact you to guide you through the remaining steps.
What are the steps in the admission process?
Admission at Kiya World School takes five steps:
- Enquire — submit an enquiry online or call us to receive admission information and explore the curriculum.
- Campus visit — tour the campus, meet the team, and see classrooms, labs, libraries and play areas in action.
- Application — complete the application form and submit the documents required for your child’s grade.
- Interaction — a friendly, age-appropriate interaction with your child and a short conversation with parents.
- Confirmation — secure your child’s place, pay the fee, and complete enrolment.
What is the minimum age for each grade?
Age criteria at Kiya World School are as follows, calculated as on the cut-off date for the academic year:

For younger grades, it’s a friendly, age-appropriate interaction with the child along with a short conversation with parents. From Grade 4 onward, admission includes a formal interview and assessment.

What is the student-teacher ratio?

Where are Kiya World School's campuses located?
Kiya World School has two operational campuses in Visakhapatnam:
- Gambhiram Campus — Near Lansum Evana, Gambhiram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 531163
- Seethammadhara Campus (Preschool) — 50-52-15/14, NE Layout, Seethammadara, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530013

Which campus should my child attend?
Choose the campus by your child’s age. The Seethammadhara campus is the preschool, for children aged 1.5 to 6 years, covering the Parent Toddler, Pre-Nursery, Nursery, PP-1 and PP-2 programmes plus daycare. The Gambhiram campus takes children from Nursery upward into the primary and secondary years.
Safety & Facilities FAQs
What safety measures are in place?
Kiya World School campuses are monitored by 24/7 CCTV surveillance and use controlled-entry systems with strict visitor protocols. Infrastructure is child-proofed, including rounded furniture edges in the preschool. Staff are trained in paediatric first aid and emergency response.
What facilities are available on campus?
The Gambhiram campus includes real life project labs, science and computer labs, a library, art and music spaces, sports facilities and outdoor play areas, alongside an infirmary and wellness support. The Seethammadhara preschool campus has purpose-built discovery spaces, a dedicated toy library, safe outdoor zones and a structured skating programme.
Is school transport available?
Yes. Kiya World School provides safe and reliable transportation on selected routes. Our school buses are operated with trained drivers and attendants, following safety protocols to ensure students travel comfortably. Please contact the admissions team to check route availability for your location.

What preschool programmes does Kiya offer?
Kiya Preschool at Seethammadhara offers five age-based programmes plus daycare:
